I must give this book 5 stars!! After reading this book and being given the fact that how you react to the pain is a large part of your health not only concerning CRPS but other aspects of your health, depression, heart condition and the list goes on and on I realized just how much of my brain plays an affect on CRPS.

This book has changed my whole outlook and therefore has changed my life with CRPS. I have used the mindfulness techniques offered in this book and I still do them! Our minds are such powerful weapons against this awful disease.
